1、Degree in electronics and information technology, electronic , or related majors. Bachelor degree or above. 自动化、电子信息、电子电路等相关专业，本科以上
2. More than 3 years of experience in charger development, familiar with magnetic components, EMI, safety regulations, thermal flow, and domestic and international standards for chargers;
3年以上充电器开发相关经验，熟悉磁性元件、EMI、安规、热流，熟悉充电器的国内及国际标准；
3、Proficient in various topological circuits of switching power supplies, familiar with the design of chargers and switching power supplies, with certain experience in charger or switching power supply design and heat treatment capabilities 精通开关电源各类拓扑电路，熟悉充电器，开关电源的设计，有一定的充电器或开关电源设计经验以及热处理能力
4、Have a lithium battery charger, switch, inverter (600W above) any kind of circuit and PCBA hardware complete project design experience;有锂电池充电器、开关\逆变器（600W以上）任意一类电路及PCBA硬件设计工作经验;
5、Good time management, systematic thinking, self-motivated working, being an open minded fast learner and team player is of high importance. 善于时间管理及系统化思考，有上进心，责任感强，思维开放，快速学习和团队合作精神
6、Good communication skills、Good English skills (Reading, Writing, Conversation) 较好的沟通能力、较强的英语能力(阅读，写作，会话)
