Main Responsibilities 主要工作职责 1. Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding quality-related issues and concerns. 2. Investigate and resolve customer complaints and quality issues in a timely and effective manner. 3. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address quality problems. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement quality improvement plans. 5. Monitor and report on key quality metrics and performance indicators. 6. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements. 7. Participate in customer audits and quality reviews, providing necessary documentation and support. 8. Develop and maintain quality documentation, including control plans, inspection procedures, and quality reports. 9. Provide training and support to internal teams on quality standards and best practices. 10. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction. 11. Follow strictly company policy including EHS, equipment maintenance, 5s and compliance and take personal responsibility and measures. 12. Performs other duties as specified in JD and/or assigned
Experience and Competencies 所需的经验和能力 1. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, quality Management, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a quality assurance or engineering role, preferably in a manufacturing or customer-oriented environment. 3. Experiences in glass and consumer electronic industry is highly preferred. 4. Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949). 5. Experience with root cause analysis, CAPA, and quality improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean). 6. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. 7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, competence to interact effectively with customers and internal teams. 8. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 9. Proficiency in quality tools and software (e.g., Minitab, SPC, FMEA) is a plus. 10. Certification in quality engineering (e.g., CQE, CQA) is a plus. 11. Fluent in English and Chinese, with both written and oral communication skills. 12. Commit to travel if required.
