Main Responsibilities 主要职责 1. 负责日常进出口清关业务的跟踪管理和报关单证的复核，确保通关顺利高效，申报准确并合规。 Responsible for daily import and export customs clearance business tracking management and customs declaration documents review, ensure customs clearance are going smoothly, efficiently, accurately and compliantly.
2. 负责进出口商品的归类工作，根据实际情况申请预归类和预裁定，建立完整的进出口商品归类数据库并保持定期回顾和更新。 Be responsible for the classification of import and export commodities, apply for pre classification and pre-determination according to the actual situation, establish a complete classification database of import and export commodities, and keep regular review and update.
3. 负责进出口环节各项证件的办理工作，特别是出口危包证的办理工作，每季度特许权的及时合规申报工作。 Be responsible for handling all kinds of certificates related to import and export, especially for DG certificate, and declare company’s franchise in time quarterly.
4. 根据海关的法律法规和相关规章制度，鉴别日常关务工作中潜在的合规风险，不断完善关务相关流程与规定，主动采取预防措施和推动纠正措施以持续优化公司的关务合规管理。 According to customs laws and regulations and relevant rules, identify potential compliance risks in daily customs work, continuously improve customs related processes and regulations, and actively take precaution and promote corrective measures to optimize the company's Customs declaration compliance management continuously.
5. 积极协调配合海关完成日常属地查验的工作，积极协调配合海关完成相关的审核，调查和问询工作以确保取得积极的结果。 Actively coordinate with the customs to complete the daily destination inspection work, actively coordinate with the customs to complete the relevant audit, investigation and inquiry work to ensure positive results.
6. 掌握了解影响公司通关成本的各种因素，定期分析关务成本，对企业关务成本进行优化控制，为公司争取经济利润***化。 Master and understand the various factors that affect the company's customs clearance cost, analyze the customs service cost regularly, optimize and control of the enterprise's customs service cost, and strive for the maximum economic profit for company.
7. 负责月度关务费用的核对和请款工作，管理和考核报关代理，确保其日常申报符合海关法律法规和提供优质的服务。 Be responsible for checking and claiming monthly customs fees, managing and assessing customs agents to ensure that their daily declaration conforms to customs laws and regulations and provides high-quality services.
8. 负责年度的进出口审计工作。 Be responsible for the annual Audit of import and export activities.
9. 完成上级领导要求的其他工作任务。 Complete other tasks required by superior.
Requirements 岗位要求
1. 本科以上学历，国际贸易相关专业，具备英语听说读写能力，至少一年以上进出口业务相关经验 Bachelor degree or above, major in international trade, with English listening, speaking, reading and writing ability, at least one year of import and export related experience.
2. 精通海关和贸易合规的相关法律法规，有丰富的HS CODE 归类经验，特别是化工品的归类 Proficient in customs and trade compliance laws and regulations, with rich HS code classification experience，especially in chemicals.
3. 积极主动，有高度的责任心和善于沟通协调 Initiative, high sense of responsibility and good at communication and coordination
4. 在危险品和危化品进出口方面有丰富的专业知识和经验 Have rich professional knowledge and experience in the import and export of dangerous goods and hazardous chemicals.
5. 有中国报关协会的关务水平证书（初级）优先。 Customs clearance certificate (Junior) is preferred.
