Job responsibility 岗位职责：
1. Responsible for strictly implement of various process documents in production line, supervise and check regularly, to guide and help operators to operate properly according to process requirements, to solve general problems in process.稽核生产线各工序操作符合工艺文件的定义，督促检查, 指导并帮助操作员工正确地按照工艺要求进行作业，解决工艺执行中遇到的一般性问题。
2.Regularly maintain the equipment and fixtures to keep them in good condition, and train the production line personnel to use equipment 、fixture/tools and instruments correctly and reasonably;定时定期维护保养设备和夹具，使之经常处于良好状态，并培训生产线人员正确、合理使用设备、工具、仪器.
3.Be responsible for Process Improvements to eliminate Defects and Customer Complaints; Continuous to drive and lead to improve process performance to attain high ***-pass yield, lower production scrap.负责工艺改进来消除缺陷和客诉问题，持续推动和引领工艺改善来提高直通率，降低报废率。
4.Assist the engineer to complete some new product assembly, engineering change follow-up, new material proofing and verification.协助工程师完成一些新产品组装,工程变更跟进,新材料打样验证等一系列工作
5.To finish other tasks assigned by leader.按时完成领导交办的其他工作。

Requirement 岗位要求：
1.大专及以上学历，理工科机械电子相关专业背景。
2.精通PCBA或系统装配工艺。
3.了解电子元器件相关知识。
4.熟悉夹具/设备的维护。
5.3年以上相关工作经验，或相关技术领域的工艺工程师。
