Optimize the production process, improve equipment utilization and production efficiency, and reduce losses. 3. Managed the production team, assigned tasks, trained employees, and improved skills and safety awareness. 4. Coordinate cross-department (such as R & D, quality, planning, etc.) communication to solve production problems. 5. Supervise the production process to comply with GMP, ISO and other international standards, perform quality inspection and record to ensure product safety compliance. 6. Lead or cooperate with internal and external audits to promote the implementation of corrective measures. 7. More than 5 years of work experience in pharmaceutical/food/health products manufacturing enterprises, more than 2 years of management experience in multinational companies is preferred. 2. Familiar with GMP, HACCP, ISO22000, ISO14001 and other systems, skilled use of lean production knowledge, six Sigma green belt and above preferred. 3. Must have the knowledge of manufacturing process and process management of tablets, powders, capsules and other related products, familiar with the control points of the packaging process. 4. Have team spirit, can motivate subordinates, conduct staff morale management, and have effective communication skills. 5. Experience in ERP system and proficient in MS office software. 6. Excellent problem solving ability and process improvement ability. 7.
