1. Drive AP Strategy and Standardization of the Supply Chain Management processes and SAP CS/Customer Service modules, ensure processes be applied and organizations adhere to the use of SAP CS. 2. Recognize opportunities and risks of SCM process, implement audits and define measures if any deviations from standard processes/performance. 3. Asses, prioize and approve/reject changes to AP process and SAP CS module from AP/China Business Process Owner (BPO) and key users. 4. Carry out and changes needed for improving SCM performance and SAP CS functionality. 5. Lead SAP S4 HANA projects rollout/Go Live in AP/China Region. 6. Provide Business Process related training to locations in AP/China.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above for study like Business Management, Logistics, Economics or similar education. 2. At least 5 years in Supply Chain Management, be familiar with SAP CS Module, at least 2-3 years experiences as member of SCM/SAP Projects. 3. Strong communication and international project management skills. 4. Fluent English language, German or 2nd foreign language is a plus. 5. Good knowledge in Microsoft Office, Power BI knowledge is a plus. 6. A certain amount of business travel is required.
