1.Responsible for the selection and performance parameter evaluation/optimization of acoustic components such as microphones and speakers. 2.Lead the overall acoustic system design for products like keyboards, including system debugging and sound quality improvement through acoustic testing and simulation. 3.Provide preliminary acoustic design specifications for new product development based on technical requirements for products such as keyboards. 4.Collaborate with electrical engineers to select and validate audio components, chips, and circuit designs related to acoustics. Analyze and resolve issues such as distortion, background noise, etc., in electronic systems to ensure audio performance meets design requirements. 5.Collaborate mechanical engineers in acoustic chamber design and 6.Co-work with software engineers to optimize acoustic algorithms. 7.Participate in product development and management for projects such as keyboards, including design reviews throughout the product life cycle. 8.Engage in the entire product development process, from project initiation to mass production. Define product testing specifications and provide technical support for production lines, addressing acoustic anomalies. 9.Lead evaluations of new acoustic technologies, research market trends, and provide technical support for future product iterations.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor’s degree or higher in Acoustics, Physics, Electronics, or related fields. 2.5+ years of acoustic design experience (or 3+ years with a Master’s). Experience in Bluetooth speakers/earphones is preferred. 3.Proficient in acoustic design, validation, and application for microphones/speakers (e.g., FR, sensitivity, THD, SNR, AOP, sealing, coupling, vibration). 4.Experience in digital signal processing, including beamforming, echo cancellation, noise suppression, AGC, and microphone algorithm tuning. 5.Familiar with telecom standards (e.g., TIA, Teams, Zoom). 6.Knowledge of voice recognition testing (e.g., Amazon AVS, Google GVA). 7.Expertise in subjective/objective testing and evaluation of audio products (speakers, earphones, etc.). 8.Proficient in acoustic analysis/debugging tools (MATLAB, Adobe Audition, etc.). 9.Skilled in audio test equipment (ACQUA, Soundcheck, AP, GRAS, B&K). Experience in building audio labs is a plus. 10.Familiar with DSP signal processing and able to communicate with algorithm/chip suppliers. 11.Knowledge of embedded systems (SoC, DSP chips). 12.Ability to collaborate with cross-cultural suppliers/ODMs. 13.Fluent verbal English communication skills for technical discussions.

1.Strong understanding of audio performance metrics for consumer electronics (speakers, earphones, etc.). 2.Expertise in microphone/speaker design and voice system debugging. 3.Familiarity with industry-standard materials and manufacturing processes. 4.Proficient in design tools (ProE, CAD), data analysis software (Office, Minitab), and testing tools (Klippel, Soundcheck).
