* Evaluation for potential projects for heat treatment, such as HT process of
different machines, risk assessment and some inspection and tryout.
* Launch and realization of new project from technology view based on current
HT machines and potential machines
* Potential HT new machines/ new process study ang test
* Technical check, test and tryout for outsourcing of HT process
* Continuous improvement for HT process/ HT fixture/quality/safety/cost
* Standard work instruction for the HT manufacturing
* Problems solving for quality, safety, efficiency from technical view
您的任职资格

* More than 5 years experience in heat treatment manufacturing with bachelor
* Good communication and coordination skill
