We are a plastics medical device CDMO (Contract Development & Manufacturing Organisation) proposing plastics & silicone products from specialty components, assembly to packaging. Part of a European family group, our company located in Suzhou SND since 2005. To support our current expansion, we are looking for our BD manager.

Main responsibilities:
主要职责:
1. Coordinate, maintain, develop and manage existing customers and increase their business.
协调、维护、发展和管理现有客户，增加现有客户的业务;
2. Work with internal teams to coordinate project development paths and implement new services/technologies.
与内部团队合作，以协调项目开发路径并实施新的服务/技术;
3. Identify and acquire new projects based on customer needs and company solutions with the support of internal team.
在内部团队的支持下，根据客户需求和公司解决方案确定并获取新的项目;
4. Develop and execute sales plan in line with marketing strategy to increase demand.
制定并执行与市场战略相一致的销售计划，以增加需求;
5. Identify and create market demand for products and projects through active promotion of target new customers.
积极推广目标新客户，来发现和创造市场对产品和项目的需求;
6. Develop new business opportunities and build a reliable customer base.
不断开发新的商机并建立可靠的客户储备库;
7. Collect, investigate and study market information and competition conditions, make marketing plans, and actively achieve sales targets stipulated by the company.
市场信息和竞争状况搜集、调查和研究，制定营销计划，积极完成公司规定的销售目标;
8. Perform other duties and assume responsibilities, including mutually agreed objectives.
履行其他职责并承担责任，包括共同商定的目标;

Job requirements:
岗位要求:
1. More than 5 years of experience in sales and business development of technical customized injection molded products(thermoplastics or silicone)
5年以上注塑产品的技术定制产品（热塑性塑料或硅胶）的销售和业务开发相关经验。
2. Healthcare sector experience is plus
有医疗保健行业经验的优先
3. Bachelor degree or above, major in engineering, electrical, mechanical, automation or other related is preferred, but not required
本科以上学历，工程、电气、机械、自动化或其它相关专业优先，但不是必须
4. High emotional intelligence (EQ) and adaptability to ambiguity
高情商（EQ）和对多职责的适应能力
5. Good team spirit and independent ambition, with a business development mentality
良好的团队合作精神和独立的上进心，具有业务发展的心态
6. English proficiency (basic is a must , proficiency is a plus)
