Job responsibilities: 1. Digest design input files and engage in two-way communication with the project team; 2. Design and draw assembly drawings and component drawings, and participate in the scheme review of corresponding projects; 3. Review the scheme of outsourced components and check the effectiveness of outsourced mathematical models; 4. Issue part drawings, create purchase lists, upload data. 5. Tracking and confirmation of parts processing progress and procurement progress; 6. Guide the debugging of non-standard equipment and verify its performance to ensure that tooling equipment, testing equipment, inspection tools, etc. meet the standards; 7. Preparation of relevant documents, operation instructions, measurement reports, and verification reports required for the acceptance of non-standard equipment; 8. Collaborate with relevant personnel to complete the transfer and trial production of equipment, and track and provide feedback on the results; 9. Complete other tasks temporarily assigned by department heads
Job requirements: 1. Educational background: Possess a bachelor's degree or above, graduated in mechanical design; 2. Work experience: With more than five years of experience in non-standard mechanical design; 3. Professional knowledge: mechanical principles, engineering materials science, engineering mechanics, mechanical drawing, mechanical design, gas-liquid control, electronic circuits, electrical control, etc; 4. Professional skills: Proficient in using knowledge related to non-standard automation design, mastering certain machining or electrical and pneumatic knowledge, proficient in using 3D design software such as Solid works/Inventor, and able to quickly select components for different requirements; 5. Language proficiency: CET-4, proficient in English reading and writing, good English communication skills; 6. Competency qualities: communication skills, subjective initiative, achievement orientation, leadership, and influence; 7. Other: Strong independent innovation ability.
