The Job

As a Sr. Engineer for Nail project. You’ll get to:

Coordinate and motivate the project group inside and outside to Deliver and close the project on time.
Manage and implement the projects complying with the company standard procedures.
Set up regular conference call with project group from other sites.
The Person

Bachelor’s degree or above (Metallurgical Background)
Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical, Project management role (prefer in a fastener-related industry, have extensive experience with residential construction fasteners of all types; structural nails, brad/finish, pin, staples, plating, heat treat specs, etc.)
Familiarity with ASTM, CE, and ICC standards as related to fasteners
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Catia, Creo, AutoCAD, and WindChill software knowledge is a plus, but not required
Strong communication and organizational skills, Good English ability
A strong analytical mindset with the ability to problem-solve and break down complex requirements
Ability to manage multiple tasks at once
