Responsibilities:
Make the job planning and standard routing with allocated Machines & Equipment
Help the Department Supervisor to achieve targeted goals.
Prepare material for tool production
Guide implementation of group procedures and process flow.
Process Development/ Improvement participation.
Ensure highest level of Customer service (Production department) and help other to ensure this.
Ensure timeliness of delivery.
Ensure environment in good condition
Ensure Team Building/ Continuous Improvement.
Implement Safety Procedure in the department

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or above, Mechanical design, mechanical manufacturing, or mold related majors
Experience in Production/ Maintenance/ Conditioning of tools
Experience of CNC Machines
Machining Technical Understanding
Co-operation/ Management Knowledge
Quality Awareness
Computer Knowledge/ MS Office
