职位描述: 1.Assessing a partner’s business and jointly developing successful strategies to incorporate and sell household energy storage products in a way that positively impacts all aspects of the partner’s P&L. 2.Building creative solutions to win new accounts and expand your market. 3.Being at the forefront of new products that will continue to drive the renewable energy market. 4.Developing and executing sales plans to achieve sales targets and grow market share. 5.Managing the entire sales process, including client acquisition, needs analysis, solution presentations, quoting, negotiations, and contract closure. 6.Building and maintaining long-term partnerships with commercial and industrial clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. 7.Communicating regularly with clients, offering technical and business support to ensure customer satisfaction. 8.Collaborating with internal teams (technical support, Product Team, etc.) to ensure smooth business operations. 9.Staying informed on industry trends, policy changes, and competitor activities, providing market analysis and recommendations to support company strategy.
职位要求: 1.A minimum of 3+ years of sales experience in the renewable energy market. 2.A bachelor’s degree in Renewable Energy, Engineering, Electrical Systems, or a related field is preferred. 3.A minimum of 1 year of proven B2B sales experience in a high-tech industry, selling through indirect channels such as authorized dealers and distributors of electro-mechanical equipment/devices. 4.Relevant experience managing a portfolio of customers to achieve revenue and market share objectives. 5.Familiarity with local market regulations and policies. 6.Strong to expert proficiency in Microsoft Suite products (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and Salesforce. 7.Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a complex sales environment. 8.Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
