Job description:
1. Leads and manages Quality Assurance (QA) staff (e.g., establishes performance objectives and evaluates achievement; ensures training and development needs are identified and addressed; provides ongoing coaching; selects and maintains qualified staff).
2. Maintains Quality Management System (QMS) and ensures that it conforms to the Standard of ISO 9001:2015.
3. Directs the maintenance and control of Inspection and Measuring, monitor calibration, testing and packing products.
4. Supports USTER’s Supply Chain management program.


Basic requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree
2. Good knowledge of English (written and verbal).
3. Familiar with ISO 9001:2015 and Quality tools
4. Exceptional candidates without experience as a quality supervisor will also be considered.
