工作职责：
1. Conduct test activities in materials lab in APTC for parts at kinds of stages( pre-DV, pre-PV, post-DV&PV, engineering samples, bench mark parts, failed parts, bad parts from suppliers if necessary, warranty parts, and other parts need to be analysis;
2. Create the test reports and assist to analysis the root cause.
3. Lab equipment maintenance, verification and daily check;
4. Inspection of all necessary parts
5. Metlab equipment, tools and documents maintenance.
6. Track consumable usage and keep good and reasonable stock.
7. Provide support to the activities of new material and processes development.
8. Track equipment annual verification.
9. Accept other job responsibilities as required by Supervisor.
10. Maintain safety in Metlabs and maintain good 5 S in office and inspection area.

任职要求：
1. 5-10 years working experience in materials lab or in relative field, auto industry is preferred;
2. Be extremely familiar with common test methods and equipment usage.
3. Hands-on skill
4. Good Communication Skill
5. Execution ability
