Job Responsibilities
1. Be responsible for new product, new components/materials qualification and approval according to internal/external standard to ensure they meet dormakaba quality standards. Do failure analyze if any and then provide recommendation for correction and improvement.
2. Be responsible for evaluation and qualification and approval of engineering change, cost savings, VAVE and etc. Do failure analyze if any and then provide recommendation for correction and improvement.
3. Create test documents such as test plan, test request, test procedure and test report according to internal/external standards.
4. Ensure all the tests are carried out according to set up procedure in order to meet internal/external requirements.
5. Be responsible for PQS capacity and capability.
Maintain test equipment and devices in PQS to ensure they are in good condition and meet both the latest industry level and dormakaba standards.
6. Be responsible for customer complaints handling.
7. Qualification plan making and testing implementation for Engineering activates, such as new product, design change and localization.
8. Manage PQS laboratory and ensure all test devices in good condition.
9. Manage testing schedule and testing samples.
10. Enhance and improve PQS capacity and capability.

Job Requirement
1. Bachelor Degree or above major in Electrical or Electronics;
2. At least 3 year working experience in R&D;
3. At least 3 years working experience on testing in automatic doors or similar industries as a plus;
4. Strong Electrical background, especially knowledge of Electrical Control System and Electrical test.
