Main Responsibilities: 61 Reach regional sales budget and achieve growth targets. As the primary contact for existing and potential customers in the responsible area, establish and maintain a solid relation with different departments at customers. Represent and enhance Aptar image and ensure customer engagement and loyalty. 61 Coordinate internal departments such as customer service, technical service, quality, regulatory as well as other related colleagues to satisfy customer existing demands and generate new business opportunities 61 Assess, identify and develop new business potentials in responsible area. Expand customer base and increase the number of opportunities for both short term and long term growth. 61 Understand, implement and contribute to marketing and sales strategy for different application fields (AF). Set the right priority and focus in responsible area. Leverage internal and external resources and execute concrete and effective actions to realize targeted AF growth. 61 Collect and share related market, product, customer and competitor information in responsible area to support a robust sales strategy. 61 Ensure profitable growth by smart pricing, good customer demand forecast, customer credit assessment, and timely tracking of receivables and stocks at the support of customer service. 61 Follow company rules and processes on sales related activities, such as visit reports, sales expense, etc.
Required Qualifications: 61 Bachelor Degree or above, pharmaceutical related major preferred 61 At least 3 years sales & business development experience in Pharmaceutical packaging, excipients and related industry, with good track record of developing new business 61 Proficiency in office tools & good presentation skills 61 English CET-6 or equivalent.
