Responsibilities Product Support Chief Engineer leads the technical support of electrolyzer products installed in our fleet. This role plays a significant role in the Technology organization for the development of solutions for our customers on the installed base, and on the improvement of competitive, safe, durable and high-quality products. The objectives of this function are multiple, amongst others: Offer technical support to customers and company staff for product-related issues' Develop and implement technical solutions to product-related problems. Document product issues and maintaining a database of customer complaints and resolutions. Work closely with product development teams to gain in-depth product knowledge. Train customers and company staff on how to use products effectively. Maintain good customer relationships through excellent service and communication. Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems. Monitor performance of products and software systems. Ensure compliance with technical standards, HSE, regulations and laws. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at all times.
