工作职责：
Job responsibilities:
1、参与新产品导入，从 SMT 生产角度对研发设计输出做评审，提出有利于量产的设计建议；
Participate in the introduction of new products. Review the output of R&D design from the perspective of SMT production and put forward design suggestions that are beneficial to mass production.
2、建立完善工艺的可制造性要求和准则，并主导制程工艺实现；
Establish and perfect the manufacturability requirements and criteria of the process, and lead the implementation of the process technology.
3、识别和明确治工具需求，对钢网和治工具进行合理化设计和优化，及验收、管理；
Identify and clarify the requirements for fixtures and tools. Conduct rational design and optimization of stencils and fixtures and tools, as well as their acceptance and management.
4、完成新产品顺利生产，确保交付满足客户需求，并在试产后提供生产可行性报告；
Ensure the smooth production of new products, make sure that the delivery meets customer requirements, and provide a production feasibility report after the trial production.
5、完成 SOP，QC 工程图，DFM，PFEMA 相关文件的制作；
Complete the preparation of relevant documents such as SOP, QC engineering drawings, DFM, and PFEMA.
6、对产线异常 / 内部 QA / 客诉问题分析改善，8D 报告提供技术支持；
Analyze and improve the problems of production line abnormalities, internal QA issues, and customer complaints, and provide technical support for 8D reports.
7、对新材料、新工艺的导入、工艺参数的优化提供技术支持；
Provide technical support for the introduction of new materials and new processes and the optimization of process parameters.
8、产品标准工时的合理测量与优化，确保产能提升；
Reasonably measure and optimize the standard working hours of products to ensure the improvement of production capacity.
9、参与客户审核，解答客户疑问，确保审核顺利完成，并对审核问题点进行改善回复；
Participate in customer audits, answer customer questions, ensure the smooth completion of the audit, and improve and reply to the audit issues.
任职资格:
1、本科及以上学历，机械、电气自动化类专业；有 5 年以上 SMT 经验，3 年以上本岗位工作经验；
A bachelor's degree or above, majoring in mechanical, electrical automation or related majors. With more than 5 years of SMT experience and more than 3 years of working experience in this position.
2、能承受一定的工作压力，能接受白 / 晚班
Able to withstand a certain amount of work pressure and willing to work day/night shifts.
3、精通钢网设计，有良好的钢网开孔和治工具优化经验；有 POP/Flip Chip/Underfill 工艺工作经验者优先；
Proficient in stencil design, with good experience in stencil aperture design and optimization of fixtures and tools. Those with work experience in POP/Flip Chip/Underfill processes will be given priority.
4、熟悉电子行业标准，如焊盘封装设计、炉温设置、物料可焊性要求、湿度敏感器件管控等；
Familiar with electronic industry standards, such as pad packaging design, furnace temperature setting, solderability requirements for materials, and control of humidity-sensitive devices.
5、英语四级以上，具有良好的听、说、读、写能力；
English proficiency at CET-4 or above, with good listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities.
6、熟练使用 Office 办公软件、设计软件；
Proficient in using Office software,and other software.
7、逻辑清晰，良好的沟通能力，团队协作能力；学习能力强，动手能力强，工作踏实；责任心强，个性开朗，诚实守信，积极主动；
With clear logic, good communication skills and teamwork ability. Strong learning ability, practical ability and a down-to-earth work attitude. Strong sense of responsibility, cheerful personality, honesty, trustworthiness and a proactive attitude.
