- Masters/Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering, mechanical or dynamic systems or any equivalent field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the area of wind turbine certification project with the use of the common IEC standards for wind turbines02
- Excellent knowledge in certification process
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Experience in the continuous development of work processes (Lean Six Sigma) is desirable
- Hands-on experience in project management02
- Hands-on experience on manufacturing processes
- Customer focus, commitment and independent work
- Good communication skills (English speaking and writing)
- Willingness to travel (within China and outside the country)
