REQUIREMENTS 职位要求

89 Education and Working Experience: background in polymer science, chemistry, anlytical chemistry or other relavant disiplines . Master degree with more 3 years working experience, or, bachelar degree with more than 7 years working experience.
89 Rich knowledge and experience in material analysis and characterizations.
89 Demonstrated experience in at least one of listed analytical and characterization technologies, such as DSC, TGA, DMA, FT-IR, Rheometer, SEM-EDS, GC/MS, HPLC, XRF, etc.
89 Working experience with thermoplastic material, experience with polyamide material is preferred.
89 A working experience in a lab with ISO17025 (CNAS) acrreditation is preffered.
89 Active, independent, open minded and willing to learn, to develop solutions and to push forward new ideas.
89 Hands-on mentality;
89 Willingness to support business through improvement and innovation;
89 Ability to work both indipendently and as part of a team;
89 Language: mandatory good written English.


RESPONSIBILITIES职位职责

As part of the innovation process, you will:
89 Manage the day-to-day analytical requests in a systematic way from R&D, production and business teams.
89 Deliver in-depth analytical report with solid results and interpretations to solve technical problems met in product development and production acitvities.
89 Develop analytical, characterization and aging methods to fullfill the needs from new product development, raw material evaluation and quality control activities.
89 Plan and implement the maintenance, calibration activities of intrument to ensure all lab equipment are always well calibrated and in good working conditions;
89 Lead and coordidate the application work for ISO17025 accreditation;
89 Draft and revise operation instructions for existing and new equipment.
89 Support the internal training and knowledge transfer;
89 Support the implementation and enforcement of all departmental procedures and guidelines (including HQ guidelines), standards of performance, international industry and measuring standards and national safety and environmental regulations (including but not limited to UL and IATF16949 standards);
89 Operate all relevant softwares: including but not limited to SAP system, Prolab software (Lab management software), Siebel Customer Relationship Management software;
89 Support open and effective inter-departmental communication and external communication with representatives of customers, suppliers and external laboratories (including the labs of other RADICI Plastics plants) in both Chinese and English;
89 Carry out any other task assigned by supoviser.
