Responsibilities:
61 Professionally design and develop innovative design solutions and products in a fast-paced team environment.
61 Provide solid modeling and prototype support on technology development and new product development projects.
61 Using sound engineering principles refine concepts into reliable designs that meet performance, compliance, product integrity and aesthetic requirements.
61 Design for manufacturability, for China production environments.
61 Generate part specifications, including detailed drawings and specifications.
61 Communicate design to team members and China factories.
61 Perform product prototyping and testing, write test requests and obtain quotes from internal and external sources.
61 Support continuous improvement of existing products.

Experience required:
61 Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
61 At least 4+ years’ experience in product development in high volume consumer products.
61 3D CAD proficiency, design experience in multiple processes such as: plastic injection molding, die-casting, sheet metal, machining processes, and assembly processes.
61 Experience working effectively in a cross-functional team environment is preferred.
61 Detail-oriented, versatile, organized, articulate and professional.
61 Able to cope with constant change and competing priorities.
61 Basic command of English speaking and writing preferred.

Education background required:
61 BS in Mechanical Engineering
61 Good Skill level and knowledge of Pro Engineer Creo preferred

61 Ability to work with flexible adaptable teams and processes that embrace and cope with change and uncertainty
Other Requirements：
61 Traveling to supplier factory / staying in factory is required
