Primary Purpose of the Job / 此工作的主要目的:
The QA Engineer role is responsible for managing quality at OEM/ODM suppliers, raw material suppliers, and service providers. Their main task is to ensure that products meet the Company's quality standards and specifications. Additionally, they ensure that suppliers consistently adhere to Brita's requirements regarding traceability, hygiene management, and quality control.

The focusing is on OEM/ODM supplier quality managing, including quality tasks during product development, handling of quality issues after product launch, and routine supplier quality management.

Primary Responsibilities /主要职责:
1.Gather product requirements such as functionalities, performance, and safety standards. Manage the requirement definition process for new products, including customer requirements, product specifications, and system specifications.
2.Inspecting prototypes, FOT samples, and materials to identify defects and recommend improvements. Conducting quality control checks on components and final products to ensure they meet high standards.
3.Creating test environments and cases for all mechanical and electrical systems. Developing automated testing systems for regular evaluations.
4.Analyzing test results, identifying issues, tracking root causes, and documenting both technical problems and their solutions.
5.Ensure that our products and procedures comply with industry standards, such as ISO, as well as BRITA's own standards.
6.Collaborate with the marketing and innovation teams to identify market needs for new product development.
7.Serve as a liaison between local teams and the global team at headquarters.

Qualifications/任职资格:
61Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, preferably mechanical
61Over three years of experience in engineering, preferably in mechanical, plastic, or electrical engineering.
61 Experience in small appliance product development is preferred.
