BASIC FUNCTION: Lab Technician is responsible to execute test and analysis of plastic materials (mainly PP/PE products), additives, fillers and samples produced by internal and external customers, to record the test results, to draft test and analysis report, to maintain the test instruments at good running conditions, to improve the technical analysis capability and develop new test method, and to build local database etc. Capability of help trouble- shooting within team, cross-function team, and facilitate necessary communication or demonstration to external visitors or customers, is also need, to support business activities. 实验室技术员负责执行塑料材料(主要是聚丙烯PP/聚乙烯PE产品)、添加剂、填充剂以及内外部客户生产的样品的测试和分析,记录测试结果,起草测试和分析报告,维护测试仪器的良好运行状态,提升技术分析能力,开发新的测试方法,并建立本地数据库等。此外,还需要具备在团队内部、跨职能团队中协助故障排除的能力,并能够与外部访客或客户进行必要的沟通或演示,以支持业务活动。

Work Experience:工作经验: 61 3-5 years of experience in polymer/chemical test in China, outstanding graduates with Master degree is also welcome. 在中国有3-5年聚合物/化学测试经验,优秀的硕士毕业生也欢迎应聘。 61 Experience in a larger-sized international company, 3rd party lab, R&D or lab of petrochemical industry. 有大型国际公司、第三方实验室、石化行业研发或实验室工作经验者优先。 61 Good command in operating GPC, DSC, TMA, FTIR. 熟练掌握GPC、DSC、TMA、FTIR等设备的操作。
Skills:技能: 61 Good knowledge of polymer test.良好聚合物测试知识。 61 Familiar with basic plastic test of MFR, Density, Tensile, Impact, etc.熟悉MFR、密度、拉伸、冲击等基本塑料测试。 61 Good know-how of test standards. 了解相关测试标准。 61 Presentation skill to demonstrate the results.演示技能,能够清晰地展示测试结果。 61 Well communication skill inside and outside team.具备良好的内外部沟通能力。
