Main Task: Responsible for the daily management of material, personnel and customer orders in the assembly team in Suzhou - Daily Check incoming goods and stock level, daily material availability, kanban order, trouble shooting of missing components - Daily allocation of blue color capacity and task distribution based on the order book - Daily check of the order book in SAP - Dispatch coordination with the Shanghai team based on customer orders and supervising the shipment of units to Shanghai - Daily management and follow-up of quality issues, change requests (02MI) and the resulting effects such as rework etc. Must have requirements: - 3 Years > Work experience in a similar role is a must - Good knowledge of ERP system (SAP is our main system and is preferred) - Good MS Office skills are required - Must have experience in the main tasks listed above - Lean management know how - Medium English skills - Ability to work independently/ proactivity - CIP & 6S knowhow welcome - Teamwork & high Motivation & willingness to learn new things Nice to have requirements: - Experience in a production plant for with similar products and operations/size is welcome - Project management skills - NPI (New product introduction) experience is welcome - German language skill is welcome
