Duties and Responsibilities

· 负责执行设备预防维护计划。
In charge implementing the equipment preventive maintenance plan.
· 负责执行设备维护程序
In charge implementing the equipment maintenance procedure.
· 负责日常设备故障处理
In charge daily problem solving when equipment break-down.
· 负责最小化设备异常停机时间
In charge minimize the equipment unplanned shut down time.
· 负责培训不同工种的生产操作人员
In charge training production operators of different workstations.
· 协助工程师推动生产操作的持续改进
Assisting engineer driving Continuous Improvement on manufacturing operations.
· 紧密围绕生产操作团队开展工作，保证生产设备的可靠性
Work closely with the manufacturing operation team to ensure the reliability of the manufacturing equipment
· 严格遵循公司的质量方针
Follow the company’s quality policies.
· 严格遵循公司的安全环境法规政策
Follow the company’s EHS policies.
· 需要配合生产进行轮班工作
Need working in shifts to support the manufacturing operation.
· 完成其他安排的工作，或相关质量程序中定义的工作
Performs any other task(s) as assigned or defined in related quality procedure.


Requirements Experience

· 有5年以上医疗行业工作经验
At least 5-year medical experience
· 至少3年CNC加工经验者
With no less than 3 years CNC experiences.
· 中到大型生产工厂工作经验，医疗器械和/ 或制药或相关行业优先
Experience in medium-to-large size manufacturing plant, medical devices and/or pharmaceutical industries are preferred.
· 较强的个人动手能力。
Strong hands-on operation skill.
· 较强的分析和问题处理能力。
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· 较强的学习能力。
High learning ability.
· 良好的沟通技巧和团队合作精神
Good communication skills and good teamwork spirit
· 具备良好的英语读写能力者优先考虑
Good English skill in reading and writing is preferred.
· 职业技术学校或以上学历，机械或电气工程专业等
Professional school or above, major in mechanical or electrical engineering etc.
