一、Job Description：
1、Assist in the management of all daily finance matters, continuously review existing working practices and process to identify and implement efficiency improvements.
2、 Assist the financial manager in the coaching and development of Finance Team, to ensure work smoothly.
3、 Ensure all reports is completed accurately and by the required deadline, regular review and discuss with business team related to accounting case.
二、Job Requirement:
1、Specific Job Knowledge/ Skill Required:
Familiar with IFRS GAAP and PRC GAAP; Solid accounting knowledge, especial for GL management; Familiar with Tax, having experience in High-Tec is a plus; Fluent in English.
2、Related Work Experience Required:
5+ years working experience in multination companies, at least 2 years at a senior level.
3、Minimum Education/Certificate/License:
BS degree in accounting, finance or a related field.
4、Specific Personality /Physical Condition Required
Problem solving minded , self-motivated and good communication skills and team work spirit
