1) Logistics (80%)
a. To deal with domestic logistic issues.
b. Coordinate with internal demand departments and external freight forwarders/customs brokers to complete import and export customs clearance work.
c. Taking records of domestic & international logistics.
d. Responsible for the reconciliation and payment of logistics-related suppliers, as well as the preparation of import foreign exchange payment documents.
2) Purchasing (20%)
a. Daily procurement work, such as inquiries, order preparation, and payment arrangements.
b. Taking record of daily procurement work.
