About this position
Serve as the primary purchasing supplier quality liaison between the supplier and Suzhou PML to make improvement of purchased productive parts quality on designated commodities.

Responsibilities and duties
61 Apply common supplier quality & development process/tools and systems (e.g. Supplier Performance Development Process (SPDP), APTIV Problem Solver, Scorecard) to drive timely and effective resolution of supplier issues (including cost recoveries) and facilitate continuous improvement
61 Function as liaison between supply management, engineering, manufacturing and suppliers to resolve quality issues and provide technical support
61 Adhere to PR/R Procedure, completion guidelines and requirements for Problem Cases issued via Problem Solver
61 Participate in all applicable plant teams (e.g. Change Boards, Continuous Improvement)
61 Perform supplier manufacturing capability assessments and develop action plan to close gaps
61 Ask help from other SQE if any help needs

Basic qualifications
61 College Degree in Mechanical / Engineering or above
61 More than 5 years' working experience at Mechanical / Standard Electronics / Semiconductor Commodities in automotive industry
61 Problem solving skills and English skills
61 To be willing to learn and help others, Integrity & Team Work
61 Working under pressure (unavailability of proper parts information, meet datelines and cross functional tasks, etc.)

61 Good English oral/written skill
61 IATF16949 certificate, VDA6.3, VDA6.5 certificate
