工作职责:
1、按照供应商审核计划和文件要求实施供应商审核
Implement supplier audits in accordance with the supplier audit plan and document requirements.

2、按照体系文件要求对供应商绩效考核
Conduct performance evaluations of suppliers according to the requirements of the system documents.

3、按照供应商开发计划开发供应商
Develop suppliers in accordance with the supplier development plan.

4、负责对 IQC 人员培训和考核；
Be responsible for the training and assessment of IQC personnel.

5、对来料不良复判确认
Rejudge and confirm the non-conforming incoming materials.

6、负责对供应商的资质进行审核；
Be responsible for reviewing the qualifications of suppliers.

7、负责与供应商就质量方面问题进行沟通；
Be responsible for communicating with suppliers regarding quality issues.

8、负责制定来料检验标准作为来料检验的依据；
Be responsible for formulating the incoming material inspection standards as the basis for incoming material inspection.

9、定期对公司来料供应商进行审核、评估和技术上的帮助；
Regularly conduct audits, evaluations, and provide technical assistance to the company's incoming material suppliers.

10、负责供应商纠正和预防措施的追踪，避免问题的重复发生；
Be responsible for tracking the corrective and preventive measures of suppliers to avoid the recurrence of problems.

11、不断改进和提高来料检验的程序和体系以及检验员的检验质量；
Continuously improve and enhance the incoming material inspection procedures and systems, as well as the inspection quality of inspectors.

12、负责物料成分，ROHS、REACH 等有害物质的管理。
Be responsible for the management of material components and hazardous substances such as ROHS and REACH.

Supplier counseling

14、主管交付的其他的事项。
Other matters assigned by the supervisor.
任职资格:
1、本科以上学历，理工科专业，质量管理专业优先
A bachelor's degree or above, majoring in science and engineering, with a preference for quality management majors.

2、5 年以上工作经验，光电通讯行业有限，对无源组件和有源光器件，模块的制程有一定的了解
More than 5 years of work experience, preferably in the optoelectronic communication industry, with a certain understanding of the manufacturing processes of passive components, active optical devices, and modules.

3、2 年以上供应商质量管理经验或品质管理经验
More than 2 years of supplier quality management experience or quality management experience.

4、熟悉 ISO9001 质量管理体系，熟悉常用的质量工具， 熟悉数据分析方法，能独立分析质量问题
Familiar with the ISO9001 quality management system, familiar with commonly used quality tools, familiar with data analysis methods, and able to independently analyze quality problems.

5、英语读写熟练，口语流利优先
Proficient in English reading and writing, with fluent spoken English being preferred.
