Requirements:
61 Technician certification or university degree in material technology/mechanical engineering.
61 Thorough understanding of the injection molding process and its best practices.
61 Professional experience in mold design or simulation.
61 Familiarity with injection molding simulation software such as Moldex3D or Moldflow is preferred.
61 Strong communication skills in English.
Responsibilities:
61 Perform injection molding simulations, evaluate results (filling, warpage, cooling), and optimize the molding process.
61 Analyze correlations between simulation results and real plastic parts from injection trials.
61 Support the development, construction, and mold procurement process for plastic molded parts, including feasibility analysis and identification of improvements.
61 Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations.
61 Communicate and present results to relevant departments for informed decision-making.
