1. Realization and development of the optimum Die process considering (Quality/Cost/Delivery) for Automotive parts in China 2. Control vendor's die design service for new product development with the objective of supporting new die development before mass production within TE Suzhou's policies, procedures and guidelines.
Key responsibilities of the job 1. Estimate and quote for proto-type, and mass production die considering of Investment, Capacity, Capability 2. Design/Build up/Release the die within CER standard request 3. Lead-time management for build up die 4. Plan and implement of continuous improvement 5. Benchmark and development of new technology 6. Good training for the supplier 7. Stamping CIP ability
Requirement Knowledge, Skill and Experience Competency, 1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Engineering mechanics, machine manufacture, machine design is preferred 2. More than 3 years working experience about die project/die design or related work, automotive experience is better 3. AutoCAD is must 4. Being familiar with Pro/E is better Characteristics and Behaviour 1. Good interpersonal skills for both external & internal communications. 2. Good command of English, CET-4 is must 3. team work, Good moral and be responsible
