● University degree BA, major in Logistic / Supply Chain or related ● 5 years experiences in supply chain or material planning / Order processing , familiar with, SAP system ● Proficiency with SAP ● knowledge on MM & PP & SO module, good communication skills(incuding English)
Main Task:
● Perform the execution of the material plan and schedule in/out on a daily basis to meet manufacturing targets. ● Maintain a most efficient order processing workflow to ensure that all orders are fulfilled on a timely basis. ● Achieve on-time delivery through efficient communication，co-ordinate with sales department on the aspect of order and commitments to customers ● Responsible for securing availability of stocks ● Maintaining accurate item in SAP to ensure healthiness of MRP system ● Reviewing open PO to mitigate the risk of overdue delivery. ● KanBan project implementing & control ● Work closely with purchasing department to evaluate suppliers’ performance based on data. ● Work closely with Engineering and Production departments in ECM2 process to ensure well managed Phase-in and Phase-out process in IMT SH to avoid material scrap during ECM. ● Other tasks assigned by Team Leader and Manager.
