Key Responsibility
61 To lead a team of bioanalysis, responsible for team expansion, training, and its daily operation. To enforce and meet EH&S and other operational requirement.
61 To develop and validate method of small molecule, peptide and protein QC.
61 To measure the sample from in vivo and in vitro study using LC-MS/MS and resolve the problems encountered during the analysis process.
61 To analyze the data and writing the report.
61 Effectively communicate and interface with business partners, develop and maintain excellent business relationship with internal and external clients.

Qualifications
61 PhD or MS in Bioanalytical Chemistry or MS related profession, with more than 2 years of relevant industrial experience.
61 Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills.
61 Demonstrated communication skills in both English and Chinese.

Preferred qualifications:
61 Experience in big CRO companies is a plus.
