工作职责
1.负责生产车间注塑成型工艺的标准化工作;
2.组织实施注塑成型周期改善和效率提升;
3.解决车间生产过程中的疑难杂症;
4.支持注塑车间调机技能培训;
5.为新项目开发提供工艺及模具相关的专家意见。
1. Responsible for the standardization of injection molding process.
2. Organize and implement injection molding cycle improvement and efficiency improvement.
3. Solve the difficult problems in the production process.
4. Support the training of injection machine operation.
5. Provide expert advices of injection molding process and mold for new project development.

职位要求：
1. 5年以上注塑成型工艺技术工作经验；
2. 具有海天及多种品牌注塑成型设备的实际操作经验；
3. 具备分析塑胶产品问题的能力，能够识别成型缺陷，并制定模具和工艺解决方案；
4. 掌握高分子材料的性能知识，主要是注塑成型原料；
5. 掌握模具材料和结构知识，主要是注塑成型模具；
6. 熟练使用Word、Excel等常用的Office办公软件。
1. More than 5 years working experience in injection molding technology.
2. Have the practical experience of Haitian and a variety of brands of injection machine
3. Have an ability to analyze plastic product problems, be able to identify molding defects, and develop relative mold and manufacturing process solutions.
4. Master the performance knowledge of polymer materials, mainly injection molding raw materials.
5. Master the knowledge of mold materials and structure, mainly injection molding molds.
6. Proficient in Word, Excel and other commonly used Office software.
