Responsibilities: * Support sales team in preparing quotation/orders in the system, meanwhile manage all sales documents and other important documents to ensure the accuracy and up to date. * Coordinate closely with sales team to resolve customer requests and/or issues, maintain good relationships with customers. * Coordinate closely with the project handler team to complete the handover of the project and the various issues that may occur in the process. * Coordinate communication between the sales team and other departments within the company, including customer’s finance-related issues, document stamping, sales data analysis, etc. * Work with high efficiency and according to company’s compliance and internal workflow. Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices. * Performs other duties as required.
Qualification: * University Degree (Equivalent to Bachelors Degree) in a related discipline plus generally at least 2 years of related experience. * Familiar with the order processing process or related system operation, experience in using SalesForce or Oracle system is preferred. * Good communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with internal and external. * Extensive knowledge of company policies and sales process.
