2. Duties and responsibilities 1) Communicate with the R&D to collect the requirement of R&D. 2) Transfer the R&D requirement into factory trial run criteria; 3) Control the production line to fulfill the requirement; 4) Fix the issues from the trial run process; 5) Establish the standard control of the new product for the mass production with 6) Support Process Engineering Manager in relative process related tasks 7) Utilize Six Sigma principles to assure that processes, systems and products are capable of meeting performance and reliability requirements. 8) Conduct error-proofing analyses and determine root cause of process variation and product failures. 9) Associate to training the operator product knowledge and skill 10) Work closely with internal and external technical support. Perform internal and external (supplier) process, product, and systems audits. 11) Determine cause of field problems & customer complaints. Implement effective corrective action in a timely manner. 12) Provide corrective and preventative action for parts, product, & process problems. 13) Participate in activities that maintain & improve the Engineer Quality System. 14) Improve production capacity as well as process and system capability. 15) Develop and issue product and process documentation (work instructions, routings, specifications, prints, QAPs, procedural BOMs and relative information). 16) Introduce new and revised designs to released product families. 17) Foster design improvements to released products and processes through use of Design of Experiments (DOE) and other appropriate methods. 18) Perform cost analysis for new and existing products 19) Participate in projects to transfer products & processes 20) Maintain current knowledge and skills of the latest technologies
3. Job Specifications 1) Bachelor or above degree major in Chemistry or Material Engineering etc.; 2) Proficiency in English writing and speaking. 3) Skilled Microsoft Office software
