Main duties 1) Conduct recruitment activities related DL & IDL, such as job posting, sourcing, CV screening, interviewing, evaluation, reference check, offering to on-boarding 2) Keeping good cooperation with Labor outsourcing companies 3) Follow up on interview process status, complete and update records timely in HR information system 4) New staff enrollment, employee demission management, contract management, and personnel files establishment and maintenance 5) HR Marketing 6) Supporting Recruiting manager to improve the process of recruitment and deduce the lead time by continuously reviewing process and improvement 7) Participate in the daily communications in the company, use communication tools and channels to ensure internal communications efficient and smooth 8) Fulfill other related tasks or projects assigned by the superior
