Responsibilities：
61 Develop the hardware philosophy and maintain the software and sub-software philosophy with the Global team for all products and systems.
61 Execute customer projects, developing a comprehensive control system aligned with product definition and matching customer requirements to achieve technical performance and respect project’s budget and timing.
61 Mentor and monitor junior engineers in specific software development tasks.
61 Collaborate with the Proposal & Sales department on new projects and/or retrofit projects. Select partial solutions from standardized options and reuse standard modules.
61 Commission, debug, and troubleshoot on-site to achieve Site Acceptance Tests. Provide remote support to clients and service engineers to resolve control system issues on-site.
61 Stay updated with the latest technologies in automation and IT to ensure the company uses the best-fit solutions for its products/systems.

Key Competencies:
61 Experience in the Oil &Gas sector is a competitive advantage ,including knowledge of relevant codes and standards.
61 Minimum 5 years of experience in implementation of process systems or industrial controls systems.
61 Technical expertise in automation, and instrumentation:
61 Safety Systems design and analysis (SIL, HAZOP), based on EX directive (IECEx – ATEX)
61 PLC Programming (Siemens), SCADA Systems (WinCC), Industrial IoT, Process Control and Optimization (PID Loop)
61 Communication and networking (Ethernet, TCP/IP, PROFINET MODBUS)
61 Drives (Variable Frequency Drives - VFDs, Servo Drives, etc.): Comprehensive knowledge of drive systems, motor control and drive
integration.
61 Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
61 Commitment to safety and quality standards
61 Database and big data management & visualization (SQL or equivalent +
Grafana) is an advantage.
61 Effective communication and interpersonal skills, Fluent English
61 Teamwork and collaboration skills.
