JD:
1. Major in mechanical design or relevant , bachelor’s degree or above
2. Advanced Mechanical design with AutoCAD and 3D such as Inventor、Pro/E、UG、Solid Works
3. Professional experience on mechanical design at least 6 years and knowhow on parts fabrication
4. Familiar with the selection of components and standard parts
5. Working experience in automation equipment company is a plus
6. Experience in the field of welding , pressing , metallurgy , furnace , cutting etc. is a plus
7. Good presentation skill
8. Good project management skill
9. Good communication skill and team work
Request:
1. Solution design by Auto cad or 3D for a specified equipment or fixtures
2. Defining the specification requirement of specified equipment or fixture
3. Evaluation of suppliers' solution
4. Tracing the realization of specified equipment or fixtures based on the specification requirement and time schedule
5. Defining the regulation of mechanical component list for design
6. Organizing the pre-acceptance and final acceptance
7. Archiving all the related materials like drawings, user guide, backup program etc.
8. Improving existing equipment by modification
9. Organizing internal training
10. Guiding technicians for maintenance job on site and even doing directly
11. Driving the protective maintenance program and maintenance plan
12. Other work assigned by superiors
