工作职责: 1、负责企业级网络架构的规划、设计与持续优化，确保高性能网络环境 Plan, design and optimize enterprise network architecture to ensure high-performance network environment
2、实施网络设备（交换机/防火墙/路由器）的全生命周期管理，包括选型、配置与部署 Implement full lifecycle management of network equipment (switches/firewalls/routers) including selection, configuration and deployment
3、制定并执行网络安全防护策略，实时监控网络威胁，生成安全态势报告 Develop and implement network security policies, monitor threats in real-time, generate security reports
4、建立标准化网络文档体系，包括拓扑图、配置手册和应急预案 Establish standardized network documentation including topology diagrams, configuration manuals and contingency plans
5、负责物理/虚拟服务器的部署、调优与容量规划，保障99.9%可用性 Deploy, tune and capacity plan physical/virtual servers to ensure 99.9% availability
6、实施服务器硬件选型与标准化配置，建立设备资产数据库 Conduct server hardware selection and standardized configuration, maintain asset database
7、定期执行系统补丁更新、安全加固及灾备演练 Perform regular patching, security hardening and DR drills
8、提供桌面级软硬件技术支持，15分钟内响应故障请求 Provide desktop support with 15-minute response SLA for hardware/software issues
9、管理办公IT设备（视频会议/打印设备/门禁系统等） Manage office IT equipment (VC systems/printers/access control, etc.)
10、对接电信运营商处理专线故障，协调各部门解决复杂网络问题 Liaise with carriers for leased-line issues, coordinate cross-departmental troubleshooting
任职资格: 1、全日制本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业 Full-time bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related fields
3、5年以上企业级服务器与网络基础设施运维管理经验 5+ years enterprise-level server & network infrastructure operation experience
4、精通Windows Server/Linux系统管理及VMware/Hyper-V虚拟化技术 Proficient in Windows Server/Linux administration and VMware/Hyper-V virtualization
5、熟练掌握华为/思科/深信服等厂商网络设备配置，深入理解TCP/IP协议栈及VLAN/NAT/策略路由等关键技术 Expert in configuring Huawei/Cisco/Sangfor devices, deep understanding of TCP/IP, VLAN/NAT/Policy-Route
6、具备复杂网络故障诊断能力，熟悉Zabbix/Prometheus等监控工具 Strong network troubleshooting skills, familiar with Zabbix/Prometheus monitoring tools
7、优秀的服务意识，能承受7*24小时应急响应工作压力 Excellent service mindset, able to handle 24/7 on-call pressure
8、持续学习新技术的能力，良好的技术文档编写习惯 Continuous learning ability, good technical documentation skills
