Main Purpose of the Job此工作的主要目的:
Provides operational EHS support for all activities associated with permitting, Implements environmental, health, and safety plans, programs and procedures and maintains compliance with various regulatory permits issued by local, state and national authorities.
Main Responsibilities主要职责:
1.Establish and maintain EHS Management programs, responsible for EHS management.
2.Ensure that the site’s overall environmental Health & Safety performance is in compliance with legal
3.Be responsible for the implementation of site Emergency response plan
4.Work with government or relevant agencies to conduct monitoring and measurement as per legal or corporate requirements.
5.Be responsible for accident reporting, investigation and corrective action; Follow up the corrective and preventive actions and ensure effective closure
6.In charge of contractor safety management, to ensure contractor follow company EHS requirement.
7.Work closely with other departments to ensure relevant training to be effectively carried out. Provide face to face training when required
8.Participate in the process of new project launching, equipment installation including making contracts with suppliers, so as to make sure those projects to meet EHS requirements.
Qualifications/Training任职资格/培训:
1. Bachelor degree or above with Environment/safety/chemical background (Required)
2.5+ years of working experience of EHS management;
3. Familiar with local environmental, health and safety regulatory (Preferred)
4. Technical Expertise on Industrial Safety and Environment.Have fire service operator certification.
5. Good communication skills (Preferred)
6. Good oral and written skills in English. (Required)
