Reporting to the PM Head the Program Manager role involves…

What a typical day looks like:
61 Organize, plan and direct program schedules and budgets.
61 Responsible for tracking relevant metrics and drive action items based on results.
61 Provide support, knowledge and expertise with contract negotiations as required.
61 Oversee all interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of all commitments made relative to product development timelines, delivery, quality and the required business metrics.
61 Reviews program proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding requirements, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program.
61 Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of program and arranges for recruitment or assignment of personnel.
61 Manage the coordination of product life cycle activities with P&L and customer satisfaction and have responsibility for accounts of various complexities.
61 Be the key channel of communication for customers and act as escalation in the event of customer issues.
61 Responsible for customer satisfaction reviews and corrective actions.
61 Maintain current and develop additional business with customers.
61 Monitor and track that project and program deliverables are met.
61 Be responsible for maintaining excellent customer relations with both new and existing customers.
61 Support production sites for projects, costs and other customer related matters through leadership and expertise.
61 Coordinates program activities with activities of government regulatory or other governmental agencies.
61 Implement appropriate HR Strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
61 Bachelor with at least 8 years’ experience in project management in PCBA industry
61 Both NPI and Mass Run experience are required
61 Demonstrates advanced functional, technical and people and/or process management skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills;
61 Good both in English and Japanese (oral & written) & Computer operation;
61 Good communication skill, open mind and team work spirit;
61 Strong leadership & dynamic;
61 Aggressive, Positive & Proactive attitude
