1.Responsible for handling application requests from customers. Activities include analyzing customer’s technical needs, conducting competitive lab testing & analysis, and suggesting solutions in the form of convincing reports;
2.Provide on-site support to resolve customer issues in all related tape applications;
3.Prepare and present technical information for customer training sessions;
4.Be able to transform customer needs and requirements into target product specification;
5.Being knowledgeable in and continuously apply tesa Standard Test Methods (JOPM);
6.Develop advanced application test methods based on local customer situation;
7.Lead new Technical Service projects with ownership and accountability;
8.Estimate the costs, resources and time required to conduct one or more Technical Service projects and monitor the performance of these projects to ensure targets are met;
9.Identify new market trends / opportunities and contribute to new product ideas and share with cross functional team. Be able to transform customer needs and wants into target product specification;
10.Search for suppliers by desk research, exhibitions and conventions and visits;
11.Develop and maintain technical expertise on advances and innovations in research and science;
12.Search technical information that includes patents, technical papers, trade journal articles, etc.
任职条件：
1.13Master degree in material science, chemistry with 2-3 years job experience or bachelor degree with over 5 years job experience are preferred;
2.Industrial experience with printing (related company) or technical service is preferred. Knowledge on printing application, or print mounting tape is preferred;
3.Good work attitude and willingness to learn from and with one another;
4.Analytical skill to question validity of test results;
5.Good hands-on attitude;
6.Good execution, result and quality orientated work process, priority setting;
7.Flexible, self motivating, good work organizer, team player;
8.strong communication skills with local colleagues and global functions;
9.Fluent English and willing to business travel.
