The primary objective of the Associate Project Manager Management Trainee is designated to cultivate the PM professionals through phased capability-building, transition from a Project Execution Collaborator to an End-to-End Project Leader
助理项目经理管理培训生的主要目的是通过阶段性赋能计划，逐步将人才从 项目执行协作者 打造成为 端到端的项目负责人

Master project fundamentals (requirements alignment/resource coordination/documentation control). Drive end-to-end project delivery (planning/risk management/stakeholder communication). Establish project governance systems (process optimization/knowledge retention/team enablement)
掌握项目基础运作（需求沟通一致/资源协调/文档控制），驱动项目全周期交付（计划编制/风险管控/利益相关者沟通），最终构建项目治理体系（流程优化/知识沉淀/团队赋能）


Key Responsibilities 核心职责
- Execute PMO-standardized framework, ensure compliance with organizational project management methodology
执行PMO标准化框架，确保符合组织项目管理方法论

- Maintain multi-project tracking matrix, identify critical path deviations and activate escalation protocols
维护多项目跟踪矩阵，识别关键路径偏差并触发预警机制

- Implement change control process, preserve project scope integrity
实施变更控制流程，维护项目范围完整性

- Lead phase-gate quality reviews, deliver improvement action plans
主导阶段性质量门评审，输出改进行动计划

- Team Collaboration Enablement?, design RACI-VS accountability matrix and optimize cross-functional team decision velocity
团队协同赋能，设计责任矩阵并优化跨职能团队决策效率

- Build project knowledge management system, support continuous organizational process asset accumulation
构建项目知识管理系统，支持组织过程资产持续积累


Required Qualifications 任职要求
- Bachelor degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering/Materials Science & Engineering/Polymer Materials/Business Management related major
机械工程/材料科学与工程/高分子材料/商科等相关专业，本科及以上学历

- Internship experience in molding / medical devices / automotive is preferred
具备注塑、医疗器械或汽车行业实习经历者优先

- Proficiency in English communications
