Primary Purpose Summary 主要目标概述 The primary objective of the Mold Process Engineer Management Trainee is expected to lead mold development process, providing technical support for injection molding and assembly processes to address technical and quality issues, organizing teams to resolve complex production challenges and optimizing production processes to ensure the mold quality, cost and lead time. 成型工艺工程师管培生的主要目标是主导模具开发全流程，为注塑成型及装配过程提供技术支持，解决技术和质量问题，组织团队应对复杂生产挑战，并通过优化生产过程确保模具质量、成本与交付周期的综合达标。
Key Responsibilities? 核心职责 - Utilize analytical tools (5Why/RCA/8D) to investigate and resolve complex production issues from perspectives of mold, machinery, raw materials, processes, and measurement systems. 对生产疑难问题，运用分析工具5why/RCA/8D从模具、机器、原料、工艺、测量等角度分析解决问题，解决生产疑难问题；
- Track real-time production metrics (cycle time compliance, cavity yield, ***-pass yield, changeover efficiency, assembly speed), analyze abnormalities, implement corrective actions, and validate effectiveness. 跟踪每日生产数据（周期达标、型腔率、良率、换型效率、装配速度等），对异常问题及时分析和提供解决方案，并跟踪效果；
- Apply Decoupled Molding principles to optimize process parameters, enhance process stability, and achieve ***-time machine startup success rate. 运用科学注塑法对生产工艺进行优化，提高生产稳定性和一次性开机成功率；
- Program and debug industrial robots, collaborate with vendors to develop customized automation solutions for productivity improvement. 负责车间机械手调试，并基于生产需求及时与供应商沟通，开发机械手的程序，提高生产效率；
- Lead trial runs (color-matching projects, process improvement trials, new material validations) and deliver comprehensive trial reports with DOE-based recommendations. 负责注塑/装配车间的试模（含项目配色、内部改善性试模、新材料试模）并提供试模报告；
- Identify waste reduction opportunities (***, Machine, Material, Method, and Environment) through APS framework, drive cost-saving initiatives with quantifiable ROI. 不断发现改善机会，应用APS方法实施持续改进，减少浪费（人、机、料、法、环），改进成本；
- Design and deliver competency-based training programs (process theory, defect diagnosis) for process technicians to elevate team skill matrices. 开发培训文件，对工艺技术员和生产技术员进行技能培训，提升技能；
- Develop/update controlled documents: Process Control Plans, One-Point Lessons (OPL), Work Instructions aligned with requirements. 负责注塑/装配相关生产规范文件的开发和更新（工艺参数、OPL、工作指导书）；
- Maintain manufacturing routings in SAP, conduct cost-impact analysis for process changes, and implement routing optimization strategies. 在SAP系统）中维护制造流程，针对工艺变更进行成本影响分析，并实施流程优化策略。
- Conduct PFMEA workshops to identify high-risk failure modes (S: Severity, O: Occurrence, D: Detection), lead cross-functional teams to reduce SOD scores 应用PFMEA识别成型制程的风险点和失效模式，成立改善项目降低风险的SOD值（严重度、发生频率、可探测度）；
- Resolve technical disputes with global suppliers/customers/sister plants through GD&T analysis and collaborative problem-solving protocols. 负责与关联公司（供应商，客户和兄弟公司）的技术沟通和问题解决；
- Execute additional technical assignments as directed by senior management. 上级交代的其它相关工作；
