1. Overall responsibility for MCU controller software development;
2. Complete SW detailed design document, Unit test specification and unit test case
3. Define test plan on software perspective according to customer requirements and company internal requirements;
4. Perform system test and verification and create test reports;
5. Support debugging to find the root cause of defects;
6. Follow company development and quality processes;
7. Support other task assigned by manager;

职位要求：
1. Bachelor or Master Degree, major in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Automation Control engineering etc.
5+ years' Embedded Software development experience in automotive industry is a must
2. Experience in RTOS or state machine is preferred
3. Experience in C/C++ programing is a must
4. Experience in MCU development driver(ADC,SPI,PWM etc) based on NXP, ST, Renesas or ARM core is a must
5. Experience in CAN/LIN bus communication development is a must
6. Experience in V model of automotive SW development process as well as APSPICE structure is preferred;
7. Knowledge of standard such as ISO 17356,ISO 15765 ,ISO 26262 and ISO14229
8. Basic motor knowledge required, especially step motor is preferred;
9. Have know-how in basic testing tools, Oscilloscope, etc.;
10. Good communication in both Oral English and Chinese is a must;
11. Experience in Global project is preferred
12. Knowledge of analog and digital circuit, MCU system, CAN/LIN Physical layer is preferred.
