Provide high quality and available computer system for site manufacturing through cross- functional collaboration, aligning with business/functional objectives in alignment with Team principles

Builds Quality culture across the team by proactively integrating IT Quality principles and practices in compliance with Quality Standards/ Quality Practices and local/global Standard Operating Procedures
89确保所有团队成员严格正确的符合生产流程，质量标准，测试方法和操作规程
Ensure that all team members follow production process, quality standards, testing methods, operation procedures strictly and correctly

89和苏州制造业务领域和全球/区域同事合作、制定、计划、协调资源，实施并优化解决方案和服务
Work with Suzhou manufacturing business area and global/regional networks to define, plan, resource, implement and optimize solutions and services
89审阅或批准GMP相关文件，包括确认/验证文件，偏差，变更，投诉，工厂操作流程文件，等
Review / Approve GMP documents including Qualification/Validation documents, Deviation, Change, Complaint, Site Operating Procedures, etc.)
89负责吸引、保留并发展员工，包括并不限于技术和领导力以及跨部门能力
Accountable for attracting, retaining and developing staff, including but not limited to technical and leadership capability and cross-functional integration
89*遵守HSE各项管理流程，履行安全生产职责要求。
Follow various HSE management procedures and fulfill the work safety responsibilities.
岗位要求：
80计算机,信息工程本科或以上学历优先
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or Information Technology is preferable
80五年以上GMP工厂IT管理经验优先
5 or more years of IT leadership role in GMP company is preferable
80五年以上生产或实验室IT系统管理经验，参与或管理过IT系统项目
5 or more years of Manufacturing or Lab IT system management experience, participate or manage IT system project
80有在制药行业工作或软件开发, 质量控制的经验
Experience of working in a GMP environment, or experience in software development process, quality control process
80有计算机系统验证过程和系统开发生命周期方面的知识
Knowledge of computer system validation process and system development life cycle
80有实验室系统实施和工作经验的优先
Experience in working with Manufacturing lab system and participating in lab system implementation is preferable
80有数字化经验优先（AI，先进数据分析等）
Experience in digitalization experience (AI, Advanced Data Analytics)
80中英文语言和书写的良好沟通技能
Good communication skill both verbal and written. English communication is also required
80能和业务部门,其他IT成员之间建立良好的人际关系
Inter-personal skills to establish good relationship with business area and/or other IT member
80良好的自我激励和时间管理技巧
