Position Description: This position is to master Surgical and Modality (SUMO) Image key account management in Barco China Healthcare. He/She will be responsible for the sales of healthcare surgical products sales and modality key account management which are most important to the company in order to retain and / or grow the related business activities. 1. Maximize sales and total key account potential 2. Cooperate with distributors to complete sales 3. Strong ability to control project progress 4. Get in-depth insight in - and knowledge of key accounts business 5. Build an intimate relationship with all customer stake holders 6. Detect new/strategic business opportunities within the account 7. Develop, implement and manage key account plans and processes 8. Secure and make key accounts information available internally in accordance with company processes and using specific tools (CRM) 9. Provide key input on financial and logistics forecasting 10. Steer and influence other internal stakeholders (sales staff, other departments, divisions, regions,…) in order to realize key account plan and objectives 11. Suggest optimization of company processes and organization in function of the key accounts Education: - Bachelor/Master’s degree or equivalent combination of experience and education in fields of business, marketing, engineering or related field Experience: - 5 – 8 years of experience in related fields - Rich project sales experience - In depth experience in product management or equivalent experience set - Must have a strong technical skill set in similar industry or technology - Working experience in/with GPS is preferred. - Fluent in English writing, reading and speaking.
