工作职责:
i1. Report to the VP of DMPK and in charge of in-vivo PK, BA and part of in-vitro project.
1.向DMPK的副总裁汇报并负责体内PK和生物分析。
2. Provide support in the operation of Shanghai DMPK Group. Communicate effectively with other departments to grow business.
2.辅助苏州 DMPK组的运营支持。和其他部门有效沟通增长部门业务。

3. Contribute to departmental development, budgeting, and personnel development as a key member of the system's management team.
3.作为管理团队的关键成员，为部门发展、预算编制和人员发展做出贡献。
4. Responsible for ensuring all the process of pharmacokinetics (PK) studies from initiation of the study to the final report writing for quality and timely delivery;
4.负责确保所有药代动力学(PK)研究从项目开始到最终报告撰写的整个过程的质量和及时交付;
5. To design PK studies according to clients’request, write study proposals, protocols, study reports;
5.根据客户要求进行PK项目的实验设计，撰写项目提案，方案和项目报告;
6. To analyze, trouble shoot and interpret the PK data，familiar to WinNonlin;
6.对PK参数可以进行分析，解决问题以及解释，熟悉WinNonlin 的使用;
7. Familiar with and able to comply with IACUC, SOP, EHS regulations;
7.熟悉并遵守 IACUC, SOP, EHS 的相关规定;
8. To communicate internally with multiple groups, e.g. formulation, bioanalytical, in-life etc. for study arrangement;
8.与多部门进行内部沟通，如制剂组，分析组，动物实验组等进行项目安排;
9. To communicate with client for any issues occurred during project process. Work with the client to come up with solutions;
9.就项目过程中发生的任何问题与客户进行沟通,与客户一起提出解决方案;

任职资格:
1. With Ph.D. degree and more than 3 years work experience or with M.S. and more than 5 years work experience in pharmaceutical, pharmacology, bioanalysis or others related fields.
1.制药，药理，生物分析或其他相关领域博士学历至少3年工作经验或者硕士学历和至少5年工作经验;
2. Knowledge of DMPK;
2.具有 DMPK知识;
3.Good communication skill and fluent in written and oral English.
3.具有良好的沟通能力以及熟练的英语读写及口语能力;
